Zuri Honore founded Honore’s Home of Care (HHOC) in April 2018, when he was 9 years old.
He set out to impact his local community through outreach, providing food, handing out toiletries, and hosting food drives.
Since then, Zuri and HHOC have regularly provided resources to the homeless locally, run numerous fundraising campaigns, and have partnered with local grocery stores and community organizations.
Through these efforts, Zuri was able to raise enough funds to organize the 1st Annual HHOC Xmas Dinner for the Needy in 2018, where the community came together to cook and serve over 50 fresh, hot meals to those in need. For three years running, HHOC has continued the tradition of providing a hot meal to deserving citizens during the holidays.
HHOC remians committed to continuing to work towards ending poverty and lending a helping hand to those who need it.
